Shea first came to Hilo in 1993 on an athletic scholarship to play golf for the University of Hawaii at Hilo. He played for 5 years and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Shea attained his Real Estate license in 2004 after moving back to Oahu. In 2007, he decided to move back to Hilo and continue his Real Estate business here on the Big Island - all while managing a local restaurant!
