Growing up here in Hawai'i is a blessing beyond comparison. It is truly special being able to call this place home.
Though my roots are mainly in Hilo town, living and traveling all over has given me unique perspective and appreciation for the lifestyles and environments Big Island can offer.
After graduating from Waiakea high school, I attended the University of Hawai'i at Hilo, earning my bachelor's degree in psychology with honors. During my studies, I worked as a nurse's assistant at the Hilo hospital and Honoka'a care home, then moved to the field of behavioral therapy, working with children on the autism spectrum.
I have met so many beautiful people and families and am proud to have the opportunity of raising my own family in such a wonderful place. Serving this community will always be a passion.
